 Derrick graduated from Wabasso High School way back in 1998.  He attended Waldorf College from 1999-2000 & SMSU from 2000-2002, where he graduated with an elementary education degree.

"DJ"  is currently a 1st grade teacher with WWG where he also is the head coach of the varsity basketball & baseball teams.  Derrick & his wife Ann live in Walnut Grove and have two daughters, Addeson & Hadley.
