Jake grew up in Walnut Grove & graduated from WWG High School in 2007.  He spent 2 years attending Ridgewater College where Jake earned all conference recognition playing football.  Jake is now attending SMSU in Marshall where he again will be playing football and working toward a degree in Law Enforcement.

"J-Dub" has been a member of the Long Sox for 4 years now.  He instantly had high expectations placed on him as he bats left handed and wears #29, just like the legendary Tyson Kassel.

Umpire Palmer :  "You're outta' here!"

Tyson Kassel: "You're terrible!"

Palmer: "You're gone!"

Tyson: "You should be gone too!"

~ One of many legendary moments from Tyson Kassel, this one from a game in Hadley back in 2003.
